Shipping & Delivery
All orders over $750 require signature at delivery. All orders placed Monday to Thursday after 3pm EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed Friday after 3pm EST to Sunday 12am EST, will be processed the following business day. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that products cannot be shipped to some international destinations.
Please be aware that customs and duties taxes may be charged by you country upon arrival. Tajbysabrina.com is not responsible for these fees and cannot determine how much they will be. These taxes are determined by the destination country and are NOT included in your shipping cost. All duties and taxes must be paid at time of delivery by the final destination customer.
Returns & Replacements
Please note that all international sales and clearance sales are final. TAJbySabrina.com will not accept a return from international customers or returns of sale items. TAJbySabrina.com will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise for a refund within 15 days of the original order date.
We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). Damaged or incorrect merchandise must be reported to tajbysabrina.com within 7 days of receipt. All clearance and international items are FINAL SALE.
Tajbysabrina.com will not accept a return/exchange from a sale/promotion or a customer outside of the US. You should expect to receive a refund for the cost of goods ONLY within ten business days from the date we receive the returned goods. Note that your refund amount includes the cost of goods at the time of purchase.
Tajbysabrina.com does not accept price adjustment requests. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
